Air handling units - range
The Flexline range (FL) with the emphasis on quality and efficiency. A comprehensive range of components are available to meet the latest requirements of the market place. The most commonly used unit for general application. Designed to virtually eliminate thermal bridging in the construction of air handling units by eliminating metal to metal contact between inside of the unit & the outside using polymer end caps & bolt sleeves. The unit has been designed to withstand pressure differentials of up to 2500Pa with a maximum deflection of 4mm. FL units are manufactured using CNC technology which enables the units to be supplied in component form if necessary thus enabling them to be assembled on site using only basic hand tools.
The Hygene Line (HL) whilst similar to the FL range in terms of philosophy, capacity and component availability is designed to be easily cleaned in hygienic and medical applications. Includes stainless steel inner panels (also available for external panels) and access to all areas of the unit for easy cleaning. All internal components (including rails etc) can be made removable for especially deep cleaning.
